SUBJECT: On-site Manager, Rhianna Beverly
We would like to announce that beginning October 4, 2021, Assistant Manager, Rhianna Beverly will be working on-site at the Fairways HOA from 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Her on-site office will be located in the HOA Clubhouse, just to the left of the front entry doors.
Rhianna has a very strong administrative and property management background. She has already been of great assistance to the community and is anxious to work closely on-site for the Fairways community. She is available to assist with all matters pertaining to the HOA including work order requests, violation reports, and other administrative matters.
