The Desert Water Agency (DWA) is again offering a $3 per square foot rebate for homeowners who wish to add desert landscape to the exclusive use areas surrounding our homes. The City of Palm Springs will add another $3 per SF until their $250,000 funds run out. The sooner you apply the better! City funds may run out.
