There are 6 different floorpans available, ranging between a 650 sq ft studio all the way to a 1650 sq ft 3 bed/2ba home. Parking is either carport or garages, depending on the units, and is all behind a remote controlled gate. The Fairways is on Indian Lease land with a current expiration date of 2037. An extension to the current lease has been negotiated with the indigenous landowners and ratified which extends the land lease to 2064.
