At the Portal, you will be able to access or make payments to your account and also find the following HOA documents that are only available to current Fairways Homeowners:

• HOA Financial Statements
• Applications to Change/Alter Landscaping & Architecture in Your Unit
• Maintenance or Service Request Forms
