We hope everyone is well is staying healthy. As we approach the weekend and hope the winds subside here in the Coachella Valley we would like to take this opportunity to extend a few friendly reminders for all members in the community.
While the weather warms and restrictions are lifted, everyone is eager to step outside and enjoy the California sunshine. If going out to enjoy a walk outside of the community, we ask that all members please remember to close the pedestrian gate after exiting and entering the community. The community does not possess 24-hour on-site security services, so it is up to you, the homeowner to participate in providing a sense of security and safe enjoyment of the community.
Not only are we eager to get out of the house, so are our pets! If walking your pets outdoors, please remember they are required to be on a leash while in the common areas. This is for the safety of your pets and your neighbors. Additionally, there are not allowed in pool areas.
Re-roofing projects are wrapping up and roof maintenance is expected to commence on all units April 5th. We would like to thank everyone ahead of time for their patience while we work to complete this high priority work in effort to protect everyone’s investment.
